Today, we’re going to talk about how to create a better connection in a virtual meeting. We’re talking about it right now.
Because of Covid-19 the world has gone virtual. Zoom meetings and Teams meetings have dominated the business landscape. So how do you create a connection when you’re not face-to-face? Certainly a lot harder.
The biggest and easiest way to do that is to ask questions. By asking questions you’re creating a fantastic foundation for a solid connection even on a virtual call. You want to practice those be prepared know what you say what you want to ask before the call happens. And you definitely want to be positive with those questions. Ask questions like “what is the best thing you found during the covid-19 shut down?” “What are you most looking forward to doing after things open up?” “Where do you want to most travel to in the world?” by being positive and asking these great questions, you’re creating a great foundation to a fantastic connection in an online world.
