Today we’re going to talk about how you can be there for your clients and be profitable long-term as a result. We’re going to talk about it now.
As a result of coronavirus and covid-19, a lot of businesses are hurting and it’s going to get potentially worse. Here’s a few ideas on how you can be there for them during these difficult times.
Because business is tight and things are difficult a lot of businesses are not going to have the money to pay you for your services, but they still need you to continue to conduct business and get out of these difficult times. By being flexible with your payment plans, it gives you an opportunity to help them through these difficult times and they’re going to be incredibly loyal to you once things get substantially better.
Here’s an example. There’s a huge real estate development company out there that was having a bunch of financial problems a number of years ago. As a result, they could not afford to pay their CPA firm what they owe them. That CPA firm floated the balance. They basically said, I’m your guy I’m going to be there for you when you need us. Well that real estate development company has turned things around in a very dramatic fashion. And now that CPA firm has reaped tremendous rewards through tremendous loyalty as a result.
Being there for your clients when they need you most is one of the best ways to inspire loyalty both with referrals and their business long term. Be the community be there for your clients and your friends your families your contacts and it will get us through these difficult times, and it will generate revenue for you long term.
